At Dimension WebWorx, we are committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality web, design, and digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for our various services.

1. Project Deposits & Initial Payments

All projects require an upfront non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) before work begins.
This covers planning, design setup, resource allocation, and initial development work. Once any portion of labour has commenced, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy for Web Design Labour Services

No refunds will be issued for funds paid towards any website design labour services, unless a separate written agreement explicitly provides otherwise.

This includes all payments made toward design, development, revisions, or related labour efforts. By proceeding with payment, clients acknowledge that web design work is a custom service that cannot be reversed or resold.

3. Refunds for Service Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your project:

• Before work begins: A full refund (minus administrative or processing fees) may be considered if no work has started.

• After work begins: Refunds will not be issued for work already performed, including consultations, planning, design drafts, or code development.

• Partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Dimension WebWorx based on project progress.

4. Refund Policy for Hosting Services

Dimension WebWorx offers a 30-day full refund for hosting services, less a R100 domain and administrative fee.
After the 30-day period, no partial or full refunds will be issued for hosting services that have been paid in advance.

No refunds will be issued for any websites that are part of a package deal where hosting is partially or fully subsidized.
For example, if hosting has been included at no cost or discounted as part of a web design package, the 30-day refund policy does not apply.

5. Digital Marketing, SEO, and Maintenance Services

All digital marketing, SEO, maintenance, or advertising retainers are billed monthly or annually.
Payments for these services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
Clients may cancel future renewals with 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

6. Domains, Licenses & Third-Party Software

Fees for domain registrations, third-party plugins, premium themes, or software licenses are non-refundable, as these are purchased specifically for your account and cannot be reversed or transferred.

7. Revisions and Satisfaction

We aim for client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate feedback and revisions within the project scope. However, dissatisfaction with design style, subjective preference, or creative direction does not qualify for a refund once work has begun.

8. Custom Development & API Work

All custom development, including integrations and API-based functionality, is considered bespoke work.
Refunds are not available after the development phase begins. If technical issues arise on our end, we will make every reasonable effort to correct or replace the service without extra cost.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of all active services, including hosting and maintenance.
Dimension WebWorx reserves the right to recover outstanding balances, legal costs, and administrative fees resulting from any such disputes.

10. Policy Updates

Dimension WebWorx reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
